Birthday Wishes

I created this Birthday Wishes card for the Cupcake Inspiration Challenge CIC30, I used the Verve set called Enjoy. I paper pieced the party balloons, added silver beads, and some blue fiber. A pretty simple 4 x 4 birthday card. I wanted to share Rachel's store link with you it is called Hope Stamps Eternal and it has lots of wonderful stamping supplies. You can get all the latest designer papers and embellies, head on over and check it out!
I have had a slammed packed week and the weekend is full of lots of fun stuff too. I am doing a card workshop, I have two Christmas cards I will be sharing. I have also been helping with the planning of our church Harvest party so it has kept me busy this week too. I have not been able to play along with any challenges. I hope to squeeze a few in this weekend. I hope you are gearing up for the weekend, enjoy the last weekend in October.

Good morning, I am so very happy to be sharing these little gift tags with you. These where made using stamps set from Verve.
I used the SU tag die to make the shape. I used various stamp sets, Christmas In The Air, Frosty Flakes and Holly Jolly. I like for all the Chrsitmas paper to match. Now the cutzie little gift tags you see in the stores that cost $3.00 a piece can be your for a lot less. I hope you have a wonderful day, it is only one day away from the weekend.......yeah! Enjoy!

Sweet Flower

Good afternoon, if you are looking for the Verve Believe Blog Hop scroll down or click here.
My card creation today covers several challenges, the first one is the Sweet Stop Sketch Challenge SSS27, you can play along and load your creation here. This was a fabulous sketch, I kept my main panel straight rather than on an angle. I used a Sweet 'N Sassy set called Pray Without Ceasing, there are lots more scripture stamp sets over at the Sweet 'N Sassy store, check them out!
I also was inspired by this beautiful necklace from yesterday's IC203 and that fits perfectly with the new challenge I discovered called Just Us Girls JUGS4, to use a 3D flower. I made a paper flower using different designer papers, distressing, and crinkling. I added a button and twine to the center to finish off my flower. I hope you have a wonderful evening and enjoy your time with family and friends! Don't forget to check back in the morning I will be sharing this weeks Mojo Monday Sketch and my creation; you don't want to miss it *wink*!

Autumn Wishes

Good Monday morning, I hope your mojo is flowing! This is for Mojo108, today's sketch is another winner, I really like the square lines. I used an older SU dp for my back panel. I used Verve Bountiful Backgrounds set for the more mustard shade, this is one of my favorite sets from Verve. It is a fabulous background set. I stamped the sentiment Autumn Wishes in SU really rust, this is from the Verve set Harvest Blessings as if the leaf. I stamped the leaf in chocolate chip and cut it out. I wanted to add a little pizazz to the main panel so I cut the end part of the QuicKuts nesting labels and made a little shelf of sorts for my sentiment and leaf. I then added some of my favorite embellies, you guess it.....pearls. Doesn't it look like a shelf in your home with some deco on it? I added SU alpine ribbon from last year and a couple of buttons, I hope you have a great day, dh and I are headed to VA. Beach for a little fun and a whole lot of shopping....hehehehe.
